Terms of use

The terms for the Post Metras app for iPhone and Android.

Effective

Licence

iPhone. Post Metras is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA): read the Standard EULA. It applies to the app together with the short terms below. If the two differ on a point, the Standard EULA applies to the app. Apple is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the app.

Android. The app is provided to you through Google Play and is subject to the Google Play Terms of Service, together with the short terms below. Google is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the app.

The licensor is Theodoros Tsavlidis, Metras, Digeni 3, 56123 Thessaloniki, Greece.

Post Metras Pro, payments and refunds

The free version of the app has limits that Pro removes. Pro is bought through the App Store on iPhone or through Google Play on Android. You can restore a purchase on any device signed in to the same Apple Account or Google Play account, using Restore Purchases in the app.

Pro is offered as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription (with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers) or a one-time lifetime purchase. The store shows the price in your currency before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, and the payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account. You manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged; any unused part of a free trial is lost when you buy a subscription. On iPhone, the app is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/).

Payment, billing and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms, or by Google under the Google Play terms. A purchase can be refunded within 14 days where the law or the store terms provide for it: request it from the store, as described on the support page. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Your videos

You keep all rights in your videos. The app analyses them on your device and does not upload them. You are responsible for having the right to use the files you check and for what you post.

The check is guidance, not a guarantee. Platforms change their layouts and rules, and the result of a check does not promise that a platform will accept, promote or display your video in a particular way. The final decision to post is yours.

Ownership and third parties

The design and software of the app belong to Theodoros Tsavlidis, Metras, or the licensors named in it, and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as the law allows. Post Metras is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or CapCut.

No warranty beyond the law

The app is provided as it is. We try to make it work well, but we do not promise that it is error-free or always available, except where the law requires it. We are not liable for loss that the law does not allow us to exclude. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right that you have as a consumer.
